ROND Luncheon: December 13, 2019. Addressed by Dr. John Staud, Executive Director, Alliance for Catholic Education.
In his address to the assembled audience, Dr. John Staud examined the history of the Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) program, and detailed the now world-wide development of this important educational endeavor, illustrating how Notre Dame’s educational mission reaches out to the poor and disadvantaged of the world. Staud’s address joins a long line of important topics treated at these quarterly luncheons which have included in the past analyses of work on mosquito abatement, Notre Dame’s athletic mission, campus efforts to develop a carbon-neutral campus, and other topics of interest to a wide audience.
