The Office of the Provost has received word of the recent death of Professor Emeritus John Uhran, Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Department of Electrical Engineering, College of Engineering.
John was one of the primary founders and past president of the Association of Retired Faculty and Professional Staff.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 8th at Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N Bendix Drive, South Bend, IN 46628 from 5:00-8:00 pm, with the Rosary to be said at 7:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Monday, October 9th at 9:30 am at Basilica of the Sacred Heart, University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN.
