Organized the Radar Hill Hiking Club, which has over 150 members.

Active in Riverwood Council, a local land conservation group.

Saugatuck-Douglas History Center - technology committee chair, oversaw the development of a new website.

Publications:

Blessings for the Backpack of the Soul, self-published in 2020 before walking the 500-mile Camino de Santiago.
